While talking to gain pleasure make sure you talk about topics that appear to be interested, topic that may make you smile or laugh. I always call my funny friends when I’m bored that to make my day.

Walking is the best way to refresh and associate yours with nature. To gain maximum pleasure make sure you walk in natural areas like rivers, ocean, forest, etc.
While walking breathes deeply and observes how the world is so beautiful, look at the clouds, feel the wind, air, and temperature, where necessary connect yourself with soil by walking barefoot.

Sometimes it is wonderfully to see how other organism lives. While you do watch them observe how happy and beautiful they are, how are they contained, and relax once you are careful enough you will learn something from them.

Playing is the best thing you can do to enjoy your time. You may play cards, pool table, chess draft, video games, etc. Playing keeps you active, relieve stress, and enhance creativity. Make sure you do not overdo it.
Time spending reading never wasted. The best thing I love from reading is you start thinking like the author.
To archive more from reading, make it a habit. I always read 1-2 books per week.
You may read to learn and enjoy. Find blogs, magazines, books, etc which contains topic you wish to know. The fact is everything you need, it is written in books.

I have found that writing is the best recreation activity because it helps to offloads things from your head. Simply put, witting is talking through pen and paper.
It does not matter what you write, you can just write out for fun. Consider things like journaling your day.
